From an early age, our president—Brent Estenson—was taught by his grandfather to work hard, work with integrity, and give the customers what they're looking for. The lessons he learned during those years are a fundamental component of how Brent runs EEE today. They are also the values that Brent passes on to his own children. In the same way that Brent spent his summers working with his grandfather, his sons spend their summers working full-time for the family business. EEE is truly a family enterprise! You will even frequently catch Brent's wife, Monica, taking care of their younger children in the office while taking care of paperwork.
